          typical FSBO home sold for $113,000, compared to $129,900 for a salesperson-assisted home. This
          means that even if you pay me a 7-percent commission, you will realize $120,807.

           I spend approximately 100-300 hours on each home listed and sold. That is the amount of time

          Once the Purchase Agreement is signed, the work has just begun. Home Inspections, termite
          inspection, title insurance, and building permits for improvements are just a few of the tasks that
          need to be addressed before closing. Professional help makes all of these tasks go more smoothly.
